We’re looking for an experienced installer who wants more than just a job, someone who wants to grow with a company that’s expanding into PPF, vinyl, wraps, and beyond.

As a Tinting Expert, you’ll be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality window film installations across automotive, residential, and commercial projects. You’ll work independently and alongside a team to produce clean, precise results that meet our premium standards.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, values customer experience, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing, modern shop.

• Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, and SUVs using both plotter-cut and freehand techniques
• Perform flat glass tinting for residential and commercial projects (when applicable)
• Prepare glass surfaces thoroughly for flawless, contamination-free installs
• Cut, shape, and apply film with precision and minimal waste
• Maintain consistent quality standards across every job
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain options or recommendations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Represent Tint Haus with professionalism on mobile or off-site installs
• Continuously improve skills and stay current with new tools, films, and techniques
• Opportunity to cross-train into PPF, vinyl, and wrap installation as we grow

• 1+ years professional automotive tinting experience (or equivalent skill level)
• Strong freehand skills and/or plotter experience
• Experience with residential/commercial flat glass tinting is a plus
• High attention to detail and pride in clean, flawless work
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing great service
• Reliable transportation and ability to handle mobile installs when needed
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and growth mindset
