Regional Sales Manager

** Position Overview
*** Responsible for building relationships with advanced selling techniques (e.g., Miller Heiman, TAS, Spin Selling, etc.)
* Conducts territory reviews and provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's capabilities, including market trends and competitive landscape
* Defines long-term and short-term sales strategy for the region.
* Achieves satisfactory profit margin(s) with each account.
* Works closely with engineering and program management office to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and drive market expansion.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, sales forecasts and account activity reports including pipeline progress in the CRM system.
* Coordinates closely with BD specialists for collaborated handoffs
* Travel as needed
** Education & Experience Requirements:
*** Bachelor's degree
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
* 8+ years sales experience in the medical device industry
* Proven experience in growing key customer business year over year.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as established by internal / external customers
* Experience in solution selling
* Proven record of developing deep customer relationships and seen as a value contributor by customers.
* Ability to effectively present information to senior management, intercompany groups and most importantly to any individual or group representing our customer.
