Assembly Worker​/Entry Level

We’re looking for an Assembly Worker (Entry Level) to join our build team. You don’t need to be an expert—just someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn.

You’ll work alongside experienced team members assembling components and systems on our custom-built fire Apparatus. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, learn skilled trades, and grow within a rewarding industry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with assembly of truck bodies, compartments, and components
• Install hardware, brackets, panels, and accessories
• Work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow build sheets and instructions to ensure quality workmanship
• Help move and position materials and parts
• Keep work areas organized and maintain shop cleanliness
• Support team members in completing builds on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with basic tool knowledge
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
• Able to work as part of a small, fast‑paced team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

• Full‑time, on‑site position in Springville, UT
• Pay: $17+ /hour, depending on experience and skill level
• On‑the‑job training provided
• 4‑day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour shifts)
