Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production and Warehouse Technician to join our manufacturing facility. We manufacture liquid cleaners, skin care and other products for retail as well as for customers who use our liquids in their own product lines. This role is vital in supporting daily shipping and production operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and maintaining safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment, possess GMP knowledge, and will be comfortable operating a power washer, pallet jacks, a forklift, and laboratory testing equipment. This position requires a high level of care, attention to detail, strict adherence to following instructions and SOPs, and working as part of a team.
Part-time positions are available requiring 30 hours each week; either from 8:30am to 2:30pm or from 10am to 4pm M-F. Part-time positions do not offer benefits.
Full-time positions are available requiring 40 hours each week. Current full-time hours are 8:30am-5:pm M-F but will likely change to 8-4:30pm in the near future. Full-time positions offer 10 days of PTO and 10 holidays per year. We don't have any other benefits to offer but we hope to have health insurance later in the year (no guarantee).
Responsibilities- Assist with assembly line tasks, including filling/bottling, batch coding, and applying labels to finished goods
- Package, label, and ship individual customer orders quickly and accurately
- Prepare large bulk solutions in 55 gal drums and totes up to 330 gallons
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack to safely move materials and products throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping and mopping floors, wiping surfaces, cleaning all areas of the facility including clean rooms, office and bathroom areas, and ensure overall GMP compliance
- Perform laboratory testing inspections on products
- Wear a respirator while handling hazardous materials. (We only have one hazardous material but we use it regularly).
- Prepare palletized shipments; load/unload shipments
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment
- Strictly follow instructions to meet production deadlines and standards
- Wear required PPE, comply with all GMPs and company policies
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, understand and speak English
- Experience in GMP manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and be productive while maintaining safety standards
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts (desirable but not required)
- Hands‑on experience with assembly, packaging, and/or shipping (desirable but will train)
