CNC Machine operator​/Glass fabrication laborer

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a well known and established Glass fabricator based in the Pacific Northwest.

Utah Glass Manufacturing is a division of Tacoma Glass Manufacturing, located in Springville, Utah. The company currently has 5 locations and began operations in Utah mid 2024 as we expand our coverage into the Rocky Mountain area. Utah Glass has a strong culture geared towards safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. Our products range from Insulated glass units, glass tempering, fabricated glass, and custom laminated glass.

Utah Glass is currently hiring for multiple production and fabrication positions on both day and swing shifts.

• Effectively and confidently learn and operate multiple edger, beveling, CNC, and polish machines. CNC experience not required but is a plus.
• Maintain safe and responsible behavior while operating machinery and handling glass and mirrors.
• Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and operational efficiency of your assigned equipment and or tasks.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Experience in Glass or Window industry preferred but not required
• A background in continuous improvement and experience with quality processes is preferred.
• Ability to read/write instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Seasonality and fluctuating work demand may cause additional hour requirements beyond 40 hours a week.
