This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, VA for a Sales and Service Leader. The Sales and Service Leader will support the store’s leadership team in driving sales, coaching team members, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities include supervising the daily operations, providing training and development to team members, monitoring sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role requires leading by example, fostering collaboration, and driving a positive and inclusive store environment.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and support a diverse team effectively
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise with a focus on creating memorable client experiences
• Training skills to empower, coach, and develop team members
• Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and client engagement
• Proficiency in handling retail sales environments and a passion for the beauty industry
• Prior leadership experience in retail or a related industry is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
