Retail & Store Manager, Merchandising
Your Role
As the Merchandise Leader, you are the right‑hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest‑ready environment through replenishment.
Your Responsibilities- Support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store always reflects AEO Brand standards.
- Drive floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—uppers, bustforms, tables and wardrobers—meet floorset standards.
- Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment, keeping the store looking fresh.
- Champion guest experience and a culture of recognition, celebrating wins with the team.
- Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, uphold shrink‑reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have strong organization, attention to detail, and excel at priority‑setting and time management.
- You are flexible and available to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
- You have a history of retail work with strong merchandising and visual skills.

Pay/Benefits Information- Starting pay is determined by experience and location.
