• Lead daily operations to guarantee smooth, efficient service.
• Inspire and guide a dynamic team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Train new hires in best practices for bartending, food service, and guest interaction.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in bar and dining areas.

• Experience in restaurant management or similar roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,450.00 per week
