TheMission
We are building a mission-ready bench of professionals to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This program is the backbone ensuring security through comprehensive program management, financial oversight, and technical documentation.
Functional Areas
We are looking for candidates across five primary functional areas defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS):
- Project Management & Acquisition Support - Driving operational program support, managing risk registers, and drafting critical acquisition documents like SOWs and PWSs
- Financial & Budget Management - Executing life‑cycle cost modeling, spend plan development, and tracking burn rates for major acquisition programs
- Administrative Support - High‑level calendar management, event logistics, and awards program coordination for TSA leadership
- Communications & Reporting - Managing high‑volume correspondence queues with a 30‑minute routing requirement and drafting leadership briefing materials
- Technical Writing - Preparing and maintaining SOPs, User Guides, and CONOPS compliant with TSA MD 200.7
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field - Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a Federal environment (TSA/DHS experience is a major plus) - Citizenship/Security:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TSA Suitability/Public Trust determination. Select roles will require an active Secret clearance - Tech Stack:
Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite - Project Management Professional (PMP)
- FAC-P/PM or DAWIA Level II/III
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) for financial roles

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
