Noblis is seeking a Data Scientist/Instructor to support our customer in Springfield, VA. This role requires extensive understanding of advanced concepts and the ability to apply them in complex or novel situations. The instructor will apply deep trade‑craft skills in scenario‑based learning events and exams, bringing analysts of different GEOINT trade‑crafts together to address problems for today’s policymakers, warfighters, and other federal agencies.

The senior instructor will focus on supporting Intermediate (3000) and Advanced (4000) learning levels and courses, and is also capable of supporting Fundamental (2000) earning levels and courses within the Data Science content area.

• US citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution related to computational thinking, programming, statistics or data visualization.
• 10 years of experience focusing on data analytics, computer science and programming, data modeling, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• At least 2 years delivering learning content to adult learners in a classroom setting.

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• GEOINT experience.
• A master’s degree from an accredited institution related to computational thinking, programming, statistics or data visualization.
• Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, contract‑specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full‑time status. For part‑time or on‑call staff the compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
