Web Developer

This position supports a proposal effort, with funding anticipated in the near term. GRVTY is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. We've grown on this effort by providing the customer with Engineers who have done exceptional work, and we've retained our staff by paying very strong salaries, and working hard to ensure each Engineer is doing work that aligns with their career interest.

GRVTY is seeking a Web Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Springfield, VA. The Sponsor's office requires support for the modernization of existing enterprise SharePoint architecture and to deploy SharePoint Subscription Edition. The Sponsor also requires Systems Engineering support to further advance the Sponsor's enterprise capabilities leveraging experience with Windows, Linux, and PKI environments.

• Modernize existing enterprise SharePoint architecture.
• Deploy SharePoint Subscription Edition.
• Provide Systems Engineering support for enterprise capabilities.
• Leverage experience with Windows, Linux, and PKI environments to advance Sponsor’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with users to identify, validate, and prioritize SharePoint site issues and requirements.
• Assign, edit, and maintain user roles and permissions.
• Make configuration changes in SharePoint to resolve issues and comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Create and enhance workflow architectures in SharePoint.
• Migrate, configure, and develop SharePoint sites with improved functionality.
• Improve performance, stability, and optimization of SharePoint sites.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience managing a SharePoint environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
• Demonstrated experience working with users to identify, validate, and prioritize SharePoint site issues and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience assigning, editing and maintaining user roles and permissions.
• Demonstrated experience making SharePoint configuration changes required to resolve issues and comply with industry standards.
• Certification(s);
  Security+ certification or equivalent.

• Experience supporting backend SharePoint Architecture.
• Certification as a SharePoint Administrator.
• Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Designer.
• Experience updating user documents and libraries.
• Experience creating user manuals.
• Experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) within the Sponsor’s organization.
• Ability to assess and validate SharePoint requirements.
• Ability to finesse SharePoint workflow architectures.
• Ability to redesign existing SharePoint application to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance.
• Provide O&M and content‑management support for Sponsor's SharePoint sites.
• Assess and validate web requirements.
• Create new Sponsor SharePoint sites.
