Network Support Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Support Specialist role to support a mission-critical federal program out of Springfield, VA. This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices
• Handle Tier 2 issues and perform troubleshooting
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
• Performpacket captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools
• Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments

• 1+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field
• Hands on experience with LAN/WAN
• Experience working with electronic security devices (Intrusion Detection, IDS, Access Control, CCTV, etc.)
• Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

• Salary:
  Between $80,000 - $105,000 annually based on years of experience
