Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Support Specialist role to support a mission-critical federal program out of Springfield, VA. This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
Responsibilities of the Network Support Specialist:- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices
- Handle Tier 2 issues and perform troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Performpacket captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools
- Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments
- 1+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field
- Hands on experience with LAN/WAN
- Experience working with electronic security devices (Intrusion Detection, IDS, Access Control, CCTV, etc.)
- Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Salary:
Between $80,000 - $105,000 annually based on years of experience - Comprehensive Benefits:
