Overview
Join Our Team as a Service Now Systems Administrator with Case Management Consulting!
This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Responsibilities- Expertly configure, customize, and maintain Service Now instances to ensure they align with and proactively support the dynamic requirements of the organization, including incident management, problem management, change management, and other IT service management processes.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and functionalities to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and streamline critical processes across various departments.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Service Now issues effectively and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring that users have access to the support they need.
- Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to Service Now users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
- Stay current with the latest Service Now updates, features, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation within the system.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for Service Now configurations, customizations, and workflows, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to clear and accurate information.
- Work closely with other IT teams and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems, aligning IT services with business objectives.
- Participate in regular security audits and assessments to verify compliance with organizational security protocols and best practices in system and data handling.
- Rigorously follow all established security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information and maintain the integrity of the Service Now platform.
- Stay informed about new Service Now product offerings and pursue ongoing training, certifications, and accreditations.
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph and the ability to maintain this level of access.
- A minimum of 12 months of hands-on experience in Service Now administration, with a focus on configuring, customizing, and maintaining Service Now instances in a high-demand environment.
- Strong understanding of Service Now principles and best practices, with proven expertise in optimizing the platform’s capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the creation of comprehensive documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to achieving team goals.
