Across private and public sectors from fraud detection to cancer research, to national intelligence, we need you to help find the answers in the data.

On our team, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll guide teammates and lead the development of algorithms and systems. You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions.

Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

** You Have:
*** 12+ years of experience in data science, performing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights
* 4+ years of experience working with SQL or No

SQL databases and cloud architecture
* Experience with programming languages such as Python
* Experience with leveraging APIs to query systems and migrate data
* Experience with developing and sustaining operational data pipelines supporting multiple data formats and interfaces
* Experience with developing dynamic visualizations to monitor availability, currency, and volumetrics of operational data pipelines
* Experience working with AI or ML technologies and data systems
* Experience in Project Management
* Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
* Bachelor’s degree
** Nice If You Have:
*** Experience in working with IT enterprise solutions, Government Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and Government Non-Person Entity (NPE) certificates
* Experience with analytic modernization efforts such as SOM, Computer Vision, automated collection, or automated reporting and data standardization best practices
* Experience implementing processes, standards, and tools within an organization based on the Scaled Agile Framework
* Experience with Syntasa
* Experience with Palantir Foundry
* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to articulate challenging technical concepts to both lay and expert audiences
* Master's degree
