Overview

Behavior technicians work one-on-one with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurological disorders in various environments such as home, clinic, school, and community to help them reach their full potential.

We encourage those with experience or interest in working with children to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

Be punctual and reliable.

Communicate effectively via email and phone.

Provide direct therapy to patients in-home, schools, communities, and clinics under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.

Teach a range of skills including language, social, academic, and cognitive skills.

Collect data systematically.

Collaborate with team members.

Education

Associate degree (Required)

Experience

Working with children: 1 year (Preferred)
