Job Description What You Will Be Doing:
Collecting requirements from stakeholders and determining best implementation solution.
- Scheduling/attending Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss/whiteboard design and implementation details.
- Coordinating implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.
- Responding and resolving service outages, technical queries, and other system-related issues.
- Installing firmware updates on physical hardware components (i.e. DellEMC, SANs, switches, etc.).
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance of Everfox/Forcepoint products.
- Engineering, designing, and implementing HSG rulesets.
