About

The Role We are seeking an Expert-Level Integration Engineer with deep experience integrating and deploying spectral exploitation tools that enable advanced analysis of literal and non-literal data. In this role, you will lead the engineering and deployment of a spectral exploitation environment that supports image scientists and integrates seamlessly within the broader NSG TCPED enterprise. You'll work at the intersection of systems engineering, image science, and software development-ensuring tools, applications, and infrastructure interoperate to deliver reliable, end-to-end mission capabilities while preserving the integrity of a complex system-of-systems environment.

What You'll Do
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Government stakeholders, shaping vision, strategy, and technical roadmaps for spectral exploitation capabilities.

* Lead the design, integration, and deployment of a PED environment for spectral exploitation, enabling advanced tradecraft for image scientists.

* Translate mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements.

* Oversee systems integration activities to ensure interoperability across tools, applications, and enterprise services.

* Drive requirements traceability across architectures, workflows, and system interfaces to improve automation, performance, and scheduling.

* Support strategic technical planning, including performance engineering, risk management, interface design, and project execution.

* Collaborate closely with systems engineers, developers, and image scientists to deliver cohesive, mission-ready solutions across the NSG TCPED enterprise.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience
* 18 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field
- or equivalent experience:
* 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or

* 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree

* 5+ years of experience supporting NGA programs or projects.

* 5+ years of experience integrating sensor programs into large, complex System-of-Systems (SoS) or service-oriented architecture environments across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures.

* Experience integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools.

* Experience integrating solutions using cloud-based technologies.

* Prior experience supporting IC and/or DoD programs or projects.

Technical Expertise
* Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
