As a Forklift Operator
, you’ll be responsible for material movement, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment that supports production success.

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions using ERP systems (Navision experience a plus)
- Perform cycle counts, bin checks, and inventory audits
- Utilize computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain clean, labeled, and organized storage areas (6-S standards)
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Support production teams with timely material replenishment
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure seamless operations
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven forklift operating experience required + Certification provided
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe equipment handling
- Comfortable using computers, ERP systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Willingness to work evening shift and support other shifts as needed
