As a Thermoforming Material Handler at Bath Fitter’s Tennessee Plant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth material flow for our thermoforming department. Your focus will be on accurate inventory, safe equipment handling, and supporting production teams with timely material movement.

- Provide production teams with materials and tools needed to meet the schedule
- Safely operate forklifts to move and restock materials
- Manage inventory accuracy using Navision (ERP software)
- Conduct bin checks, cycle counts, and address discrepancies
- Keep storage areas clean, labeled, and organized per 6-S standards
- Support production through efficient task planning and time management
- Identify and report damaged materials
- Operate equipment, tools, and assist production as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership across shifts
- Follow all Bath Fitter policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to drive and operate a forklift
- Basic math skills; ability to use measuring tools and tape measures
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and instructions
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work evening shift and assist across different shifts if needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Experience with ERP systems like Navision and knowledge of MS Office are assets
