We are seeking a full-time on-site National Account Manager to join our team in Springfield, TN. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
The ideal candidate will prioritize building long-term relationships while meeting organizational goals.
- Strong skills in account management, client relationship building, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Proven abilities in sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions
- Proficiency in communication, organizational skills, and cross-team collaboration
- Knowledge of commercial roofing, construction, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly advantageous
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage projects across locations
