Walmart Stores - Up to $80000.00/year - State Road - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates tour stores and providing feedback;
Tour-to-Teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction;
Drive the financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support ethics and integrity in executing business processes
