Job Description

Sir Paints a Lot is seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team on various residential painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As an Experienced Painter, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting work, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Ensure all painting work meets quality standards and client specifications.
  • Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a flawless finish.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Manage and care for painting equipment and materials.
  • Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.
  • Conduct final inspections and touch-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a professional painter in the residential painting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on the fly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential painting.
