Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour.

Target - General Merchandise and Food Sales:
Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. This team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance and work safely.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive Up, while complying with laws and policies.
• Greet guests and assist them to meet their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members; good communication and use of scanners/technology.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Capable of lifting/moving merchandise up to 44 pounds and able to climb ladders.
