A well-established, specialty-focused veterinary hospital in the Eugene/Springfield, OR area is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Surgeon with a focus on trauma surgery to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced surgical procedures focused on trauma and orthopedic care

  • Manage post-operative and critical care patients with support from an experienced ICU team

  • Collaborate with emergency and specialty departments to ensure optimal case management

  • Support referring DVMs and build strong regional referral relationships

  • Mentor team members and help shape the surgical program's continued growth

Ideal Candidate:

  • Board-Certified in Veterinary Surgery (ACVS) or residency-trained

  • Strong interest and experience in trauma surgery and critical case management

  • Team-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Passionate about delivering gold-standard care in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated to contribute to a high-functioning, multi-specialty team
