Peace Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full‑time, night‑shift (0.90 FTE) position in our Observation Unit. If you’re a caring, skilled RN who thrives in a dynamic environment and values mission‑driven work, we’d love to meet you. Multiple openings may be available.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Range: $49.30 — $77.46 (Hiring rate depends collective bargaining agreement.)

What You’ll Do
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care
  • Document care according to unit and professional standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and support patient/family‑centered care
  • Delegate tasks based on team member competencies
  • Support safety, quality, and infection‑prevention initiatives
  • Maintain ongoing professional development
What You Bring
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current RN license
    , BLS
    , and ACLS
  • Experience as a discharge nurse in an adult med/surg acute‑care setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient‑centered care skills
