Compensation & Benefits- Hourly Range: $49.30 — $77.46 (Hiring rate depends collective bargaining agreement.)

What You’ll Do- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care
- Document care according to unit and professional standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and support patient/family‑centered care
- Delegate tasks based on team member competencies
- Support safety, quality, and infection‑prevention initiatives
- Maintain ongoing professional development
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license
, BLS
, and ACLS - Experience as a discharge nurse in an adult med/surg acute‑care setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient‑centered care skills
