Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. This role involves administering infusion therapies, monitoring patient responses, coordinating with primary care providers (PCPs), and ensuring safe, high‑quality patient outcomes through clinical assessment, documentation, and education.

• Administer physician‑ordered infusion therapies safely and accurately
• Review and analyze patient medical history, laboratory results, and clinical data to guide therapy decisions
• Identify patient conditions or lab values requiring referral and communicate findings to the PCP
• Triage patient concerns during clinic visits and via telephone, escalating care issues as needed
• Determine optimal frequency of patient visits based on clinical assessments, lab results, and dosing guidelines
• Provide patient education regarding therapy, side effects, and follow‑up care
• Evaluate the need for interdisciplinary services and make appropriate referrals
• Monitor for signs and symptoms of GI or GU bleeding and initiate urgent or routine referrals as appropriate.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with all clinical and organizational standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with healthcare practices and infusion protocols.
