Riverview Center for Growth is seeking an experienced Child & Family Behavioral Health Therapist to provide Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) for children and families with high-acuity behavioral needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to make a direct impact while being supported by a collaborative, clinically strong team.

- Salary range: $58,000–$62,000
- Up to 4 weeks paid vacation>

- Provide intensive in-home therapy to children with significant behavioral and emotional challenges
- Deliver family-focused and parent coaching interventions
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or associate level)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children
, including in-home, community-based, school-based, or supervised clinical settings - Experience working with high-acuity or intensive behavioral populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
Physical Requirements
- Work occurs in homes, schools, offices, and community settings
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to physically restrain children up to age 13 when required
- Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between client locations
