Peace Health is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician to join our collaborative and compassionate team at Riverbend Medical Pavilion in Springfield, Oregon.

Riverbend Pavilion Primary Care Clinic, Springfield, Oregon. Since opening in July 2016, this Peace Health Medical Group location provides compassionate, comprehensive care for individuals and families in the community.
On-site Resources- Lab and X-ray
- Medical Assistants, LPNs, and Patient Access Representatives
- Social Worker, Care Management RN, Behavioral Health Clinician
- Virtual:
Chronic Disease Coordinators, Pharmacy Management, RN Triage, Patient Navigator
- A dedicated medical director of clinician wellness
- Vendor relationships offering free coaching, counseling, and concierge services
- Practice experience program (PEP), longitudinal New Clinician Education and Clinician Leadership Development with CME credits
- DAX – an ambient intelligent scribe solution to assist with completing ambulatory notes
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license prior to hire)
- Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire
