Med Tech​/PRN Shift​/Part Time

The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care, located in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Med Tech to provide high‑quality care to the residents in our community.

• Administers and documents medications/treatments as directed by residents’ physician.
• Documents and reports changes and observations of resident’s needs and preferences.
• Communicates with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as needed.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person‑centered care philosophy.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly, in a Senior Living Community.
• CPR and AED Certifications required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.

• Part‑Time NOC Shift Required Availability:
  Fridays and Saturdays Position requires a commitment of at least one shift per week.
