Position Details:

• Hourly Base Rate: $22.24 - $28.30
• Shift: Evenings
• Shift Hours Per Week: 24 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
• SEIU Local 49 represented position

Job Summary:

• Administers non-invasive diagnostic cardiac procedures.
• Briefs patients on procedures to obtain optimum test results.
• Completes appropriate clerical duties.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Schedules patients as needed.
• Communicates with departments to coordinate patient testing.
• Contacts attending physicians in the event that a life-threatening condition is revealed while performing tests.

Educational/Licensing:

• CET - Certified EKG Technician required.
• BLS required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in direct patient care.
• Ability to identify cardiac rhythms.
• Experience in performing EKG's, Stress tests, Holter and Event Monitor application.
• Ability to work independently.
