Then a Bilingual Patient Financial Representative position with our Ensource service line might be for you!
We have an opportunity to join our dynamic team of Patient Financial Representatives for the right person energetic and customer-minded individual that is fluent in Spanish. Using cutting edge technologies, you’ll provide empathetic and caring customer service to patients, helping not just our community at large but also the health systems we all rely on— and you’ll do it all while earning certification as a revenue cycle healthcare professional!

The position is located onsite at our Springfield, OR office and is a full-time, Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
A day in the life of a PROFESSIONAL Bilingual Patient Financial Representative:
- Set up acceptable payment arrangements on current self-pay balances.
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls, data entry and update account information.
- Help patients by answering basic medical billing and insurance questions.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims by utilizing various insurance websites.
- Learn and utilize several healthcare database programs.
- Use strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls.
- Exercise excellent communication skills with a professional speaking voice.
