Security Officer - Flex Atrium Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and policies;
Control access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, and directing guests;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access control systems from the desk;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate notifications to site contacts and emergency services;
Complete required reports such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity logs, and communicate updates during shift transitions
