Security Officer - Desk

Position: Security Officer - Welcome Desk
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and directing guests to the proper contacts or areas;
Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregular conditions according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services as required;
Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, shift activity reports, and pass-down notes, and communicate observations to oncoming personnel
