Security Officer - Part Time Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at the main entrance by greeting visitors, confirming identification and/or authorization, issuing temporary badges and/or visitor passes, and directing individuals to the appropriate contact or area;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access control systems from the front desk, documenting irregular activity and reporting concerns to site management per post orders to help to deter unauthorized entry;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including requesting assistance, coordinating with on-site teams and/or local responders, and completing required notifications;
Complete detailed shift logs and incident reports, track keys and/or equipment sign-out as required, and communicate notable activity during shift transitions
