Security Officer - Flex Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services environment;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including public areas, work spaces, and the exterior perimeter, to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, following post orders for visitor management, restricted area awareness, and escalation protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed and completing required notifications;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and shift activities, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and the client representative
