Security Officer - Gatehouse Access

Allied Universal - Up to $18.12/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at gates, entrances, and/or guard shacks by checking identification, issuing badges, managing visitor logs, and verifying appointments for drivers, vendors, and employees.;
Monitor inbound and outbound traffic by documenting trailer and container numbers, seal numbers, and shipment paperwork, and coordinating with site contacts to support smooth yard operations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and written reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, lots, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance, lighting, and facility concerns.
