LPN Acute - Licensed Vocational Nurse​/Licensed Practical Nurse

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• 12 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Tru Staff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Recent acute care/hospital exp required to be considered

1 year of clinical patient care experience (e.g., PCT, CNA, LPN) in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice (preferred)

• LPN EKG exam is required (will not take medication portion of normal EKG exam)
• Completion of Basic Arrhythmia class with passing grade on exam (required for Telemetry/Remote Telemetry units)

• Every third weekend, EOH
• 7 days maximum time off
• 2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
• Proof of identification required for submission Certifications
