We are currently seeking caring and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Help residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment

• Provide assistance with meals and hydration

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide top-notch care

• Active STNA certification in the state of Ohio (Required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required
