Coordinate Measuring Machine Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer / Operator to join our Quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with hands-on CMM programming experience who enjoys working closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure product quality.

• Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Measure parts to ensure conformance to specifications
• Create and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS and Poly Works
• Perform scanning and inspection programming
• Generate inspection reports using PC-DMIS, Poly Works, Excel, and Word
• Maintain inspection data, Web Reporter database, and monthly inspection schedules
• Assist with containment and resolution of nonconforming material
• Calibrate and maintain gauges and calibration schedules
• Communicate inspection results with Engineers and Management
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Minimum 1 year of experience with CMM operation and/or scanning/programming
• Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and Poly Works
• Background in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
