• 4-day / 10-hour work schedule
• Saturdays may be scheduled as a 12-hour shift based on production needs

1st Shift- $17.98/hour

• 5:45am-4:30pm (Mondays have an early start time of 5:00am)

2nd Shift- $18.43/hour

• 4:15pm
  - Until production is finished

Operate Box making machine in a safe and responsible manner following the Box Erector Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Position is considered "safety sensitive" which requires the passing of an independently administered drug screen.

Skills/

Experience:

• Experience working with equipment in a production process
• Should be able to read and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to work overtime including weekends as required
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (32-35 degrees)
• Willing to follow PPE protocol (hairnet, hardhat, gloves, smock/ safety vest)
• Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches) are not permitted on production floors

Major Responsibilities:

• Operate the box making machine and supply it with flat stock
• Transport pallets of box stock with pallet jack
• Maintain the area clean
• Make boxes manually
• Replenish glue dispenser
• Data entry for changeover
• Must have the ability to be present at work on time, follow directions and interact well with co-workers
• Employees must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOPs related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF)
• Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned
