-11:30 PM, 11.00 PM to 7:30 AM

Work Hours: 8 hrs / Day , 5 days /Week (should be flexible in Working Over Time )

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the machining, processing, and assembly of various automotive parts to be shipped to major automobile manufacturers for final assembly.

• Operates forklift equipment (gas or electric) to load/unload, pick, replenish, stack, move and store product.
• Follows and adheres to all shipping/receiving
• Efficiently and accurately locate and place products in the appropriate locations and/or storage area
• Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process
• Be aware of and follow location and work centre Safety policies and procedures
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• May operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery
• Sub-assembles auto parts using hand tools
• Meets quality standards and maintains quotas
• Performs quality checks during and after assembly
• Moves product from one area to another using hand carts and dollies
• Resets alarms and make minor machine adjustments

Qualifications:

• Able to arrive to work consistently and on time
• Able to work with a team, read and understand instructions, and listen and follow instructions
• lift up to 50 pounds, stand on concrete for extended periods of time .
• withstand temperatures of up to 100 degrees.
