Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. • Conduct assessments and provide high‑quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Current Ohio SLP license and CCC certification.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred but not required.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours.
