Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care rehab team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and resident-centered care.

• Full-time, stable schedule

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed PT
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Assist with care planning and goal progression
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, and functional activities

• Current PTA license in good standing
• SNF/LTC experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
