Full-Time

• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients navigating withdrawal and recovery processes.
• Share personal experiences and coping strategies to foster trust and understanding.
• Assist clients in developing personalized recovery plans, including establishing goals and connecting with community resources.
• Facilitate peer support groups and workshops, promoting a sense of community among participants.
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure holistic care and support for all clients.

• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist
• Personal experience with addiction and recovery is essential.
• Previous experience in peer support, counseling, or social services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate compassion.
