Starting wage is $17 hourly.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Six months of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
• Skills:
  
  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors:
  Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle:
  Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required

The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral redirection supports; planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community; be actively moving throughout the day and occasionally lifting up to 50#; provide transportation supports utilizing various roads including highways, country, cities; and have flexible availability.
