- A current Ohio license:
LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT - We welcome emerging talent including New graduates and bachelor’s-level licensed professionals
! - A genuine commitment to supporting youth and families in their mental health journey
- Interest or background in trauma-informed care and family systems approaches
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills - Willingness to work in school-based or community environments, adapting to client needs
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and families
- Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation in our EMR system
- Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners
- Advocate for client well‑being and access to resources
- Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing clinical development
