In 2024 Dedienne Aerospace acquired the CHAMPION GSE out of Springfield, Ohio. A leader and specialist in their field for designing and manufacturing containers and GSE for the Defense, Aerospace, Energy, and turbo machinery industries.
With this objective, we are seeking a technical sales manager based in Springfield, Ohio, within our Champion GSE sales organization, who will be responsible for business development with civil and defense customers.
Based on a solid technical background, the technical sales manager requires to have developed sales and communication skills that allow the understanding of customer needs and expectations to propose the most valuable offer and ensure project management for delivering a world-class solution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical engineering or a related discipline preferred. Any bachelor's degree equivalent plus additional relevant experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in developing target account conquest strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, and negotiating pricing and delivery.
- Strong communication proficiency, presentation, and organization skills.
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office, CAD software (Catia, NX, etc.) would be a plus.
- Travel within a territory, up to 30% is required. Frequent travel outside the local area can include international travel.
