• Monday‑Friday
• Availability needed 3:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. to schedule an 8–14 hour shift Monday‑Friday.
• Weekly overtime available.
• Paid travel time in a company vehicle.

• $500 sign‑on bonus after 6 months of employment

• Starting pay: $18.00–$20.00 DOE

• Drives assigned vehicle (26 foot Box Trucks and 37 foot RVs) to and from sites in a lawful and safe manner.
• Must have a current Missouri class E driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• A physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which you will load, unload and reload equipment and supplies according to daily requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude to our Donors and build rapport with all staff, volunteers and external customers.
• Assume responsibility for proper storage and handling of blood.
• Responsible for the care and disposal of biohazardous material.
• Perform paperwork related to daily operations.
• Perform blood container labeling functions as assigned.
• Assist collections staff with donor reactions.
• Adhere to established dress code.
• Assist with observational aspect of new MUO training at bloodmobile site.
• Knowledgeable of Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and regulations and maintain log books and related information accurately and completely.
• Exhibit safety, accuracy, respectfulness and efficiency within specific job tasks.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

• Able to stand continuously for a minimum of six hours.
• Able to climb in and out of truck cab and cargo box.
• Hand and finger dexterity.
• Able to load and unload all mobile equipment (approximately up to 100 pound range).
• Visual and auditory acuity.

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.
• Prior experience in truck driving, or driving large vehicles.
• Must have a current Missouri class E driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Must be 25 years old to be eligible for the company’s auto. insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Able to comply with overnight travel schedule and flexible working hours.
