Job Title: Top Box Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)
Location: Springfield, MO
What You’ll Do- Frame HVAC enclosures using metal studs
- Install electrical components and lighting
- Perform interior and exterior finishing
- Install metal roofing systems
- Ensure completed units meet quality standards
- Experience in one or more trades preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Team-oriented mindset
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay:
- 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
- 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total
Schedules:
- Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
- Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
