Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role based in Springfield, MO for an Assistant Service Technician. The Assistant Service Technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as installing and maintaining water softening equipment, troubleshooting and solving water quality issues, and providing excellent customer support. Additionally, responsibilities may include assisting in repairing and servicing equipment to meet the needs of clients.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of equipment, with attention to detail
- Strong Troubleshooting and Field Service skills for addressing technical issues effectively
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries professionally
- Previous knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and manage time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
